A company dinner doesn't have to be the usual set menu. At an izakaya the whole table shares: plates arrive in the middle, everyone tries everything and the conversation takes care of itself. That's why we have three group menus, also designed for Christmas dinners in Málaga.
Matsuri · €44 per person
Matsuri (祭) is the name of Japan's neighbourhood festivals, where everyone tries a bit of everything. It's the menu to start with, especially if it's the group's first time with Japanese food.
- To share: potato salad with edamame and charcoal-grilled fish; cured wagyu carpaccio with rocket and sun-dried tomato; spider crab croqueta with house tartare sauce; king prawn tempura.
- Choose one, individual: monkfish medallion with mushrooms and our «Sake» bisque, or Córdoba-style beef cheek.
- Dessert to share.
Fuji · €47 per person
Fuji (富士) is Japan's highest mountain. It's for groups who already know Japanese food and want to go further: twelve dishes from the menu, from starters to dessert. Sautéed edamame, potato salad, aburi salmon, kimuchi tuna, duck nem, shiitake katsu, sunomono ika, dengaku aubergine, bimi skewer, yuan corvina, Japanese curry with Galician beef and house desserts.
Kiwami · €58 per person
Kiwami (極) means, in Japanese, the highest point something can be taken to. It's the house's most complete menu: thirteen dishes, from the hamachi tiradito to the Iberian pork with shio koji, homemade kimchi and fried cassava, by way of the ika nikkei mayo and the yakisoba «Boletus carbonara».
How to book
- All three menus are per person, to order one day in advance and served to the whole table.
- Sake is small on purpose: 24 seats. For groups and for December, book well ahead.

We're right in the Old Town, at Calle San Juan de Letrán 4. It's a mostly pedestrian area: the easiest way is to come on foot or leave the car in one of the public car parks in the centre.
